Xerox Headquarters, Dubai
Our leadership acted as the Client Representative for a complex programme including the feasibility study, selection, design, construction and transition of a new, multipurpose Xerox Headquarters in Dubai.
The mission for the new headquarters was for the project team to centralise nine satellite facilities and relocate all Xerox functions and support services to one ideal location. The project had a budget of AED 100 million and involved 500 people. The overlapping transition programme was year-long to ensure all workstreams had design input and had adequately transferred over to their new environment seamlessly at the end of the construction handover.
