Form Guide
Project Complexity input assesses the factors that make a project more challenging than typical:
Typical Projects: These involve standard design and construction elements like foundations, structures, facades, MEP, and interiors. Examples include offices, residential buildings, and retail projects.
Challenging Projects: These feature higher complexity due to logistics, location, or design/build challenges, such as bridges, infrastructure, or live-operation renovations.
Complex Projects: These have significantly more complex designs and builds, such as data centres, stadiums, power plants, or projects with tight deadlines, like Expos and large events.
Scheduler & Table View: Offers system views for collaborative planning and an Excel-style spreadsheet format.
TAKT Planning: A visual scheduling method built into the system that emphasizes flow, rhythm, and consistency, with buffers and limited work-in-process for efficient project durations.
PowerBI Integration: Allows for custom dashboards and integration with existing project/business PowerBI dashboards, including support for performance health dashboard design.
4D BIM Model: Provides visual representation of 2D, 3D, and 4D BIM models, showing working areas, constraints, delays, and progress with a planned vs. actual comparison tool.
Programme - Duration of the project programme during which the Iterum system is deployed.
Number of Users - Driven by the organisation structure, where a position would require a system user account. Consider; planner(s), project manager(s), QHSSE, Admin(s), Management and Leadership.
