Cleveland Clinic, Abu Dhabi

The 340 bed, 23-ache Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD) facility is a joint venture between Mubadala and Cleveland Clinic.  It is recognised as one of the region’s signature care facilities and a world-leader in clinical services.

Supporting the handover from Construction to Asset & Facility Management in Mid 2015, Jack Sephton became integral to the post-handover construction and fit out department, eventually being integrated into the CCAD in-house team.  Our representation quickly grew to managing all fit out and construction spaces from 2015 to January 2017.

Our scope also included managing the design, build and handover of; kitchen facilities, catering solutions, civil & structural works and retail & welfare design following strict LEED and Estidama ratings.

Managing over 10 projects with a total budget of approx. AED 50 million per annum, the Iterum management team was praised by the client for achieving highly successful and demonstratively efficient results.
