We are honoured to introduce to you our new venture Iterum, a conscious Management Solutions company within the Built Environment sector. Formed in the upheaval of 2020, this family-led, project management organisation has a beating heart that is sustained by the history of our leadership, the loyalty of our clients and the quality of our service. Whilst Iterum as a brand is new, its ethos and team have been operational in the region for over 18 years and have worked on some of the most innovative and exciting projects to have been initiated during that time. By fusing the knowledge and experience of our previous work, we were able to create a brand new concept that would allow us to share our insights, improve eco-systems and encourage Better Built Environments.

It is hard to underestimate the importance of the built environments that surround us. For those who might not be aware of this industry term, it refers to the man-made structures that facilitate our daily activities, from living to work, education to transport. Throughout history the evolution of the built environment has reflected and led evolutions in society, progress and technology. It is a catalyst for how we interact, connect and inspire. The infrastructure that sustains and fuels our everyday lives needs to fulfil specific criteria in order to be as effective as possible. Seeking Sustainability
Traditionally speaking the construction and built environment industries haven’t been leaders in the sustainability movement. Given the types of projects they encompass and the techniques, tools and materials involved, it has been one of the hardest areas in which to make meaningful progress. As the will for action and technology has evolved however, so too have the ways in which we can improve and reduce the impact of building sites and project management. Securing our future isn’t just about crafting the environment; it is how we protect it as well. That is why Iterum works with some of the leading minds and institutions on how to streamline effective strategies for carbon off-setting and lasting sustainability goals. We intend to mirror the commitment shown by the UAE Government in their Vision 2030 when it comes to waste management, environmental safeguards and commercial sustainability.
